Authors are requested to electronically submit a PDF file to Mr. Wing S. Wong. The preferred maximum paper length is 5 printed pages (10-point font) including figures. However, the conference will accept papers for review of up to 7 pages in length, subject to an over-length
paper fee of £50 Sterling for papers of 6 pages, and £100 Sterling for
papers of 7 pages. Papers in excess of 7 pages will not be considered for publication.

A cover page, which is not included in the page count, must be prepared with the submission. The title of the paper, authors' names, affiliations, e-mail addresses, in addition to the complete address, telephone number, and facsimile number of the first author should appear on the cover page. An abstract of 100 words maximum must also be included, as well as keywords.

Papers must be
written in English and must follow the guidelines in
Template.pdf.

Authors must state that their papers have neither been published elsewhere nor are under consideration to be published elsewhere.

Accepted papers will be published within the conference CD-ROM
