Information for Authors

Creating the PDF file for your Camera-Ready Paper
In creating the camera-ready version of your paper, IEEE PDF eXpress must be used to check PDF files for consistency and/or for PDF file conversion.

1) Follow this link, and Log in using either an existing account or by creating a new account. The conference ID is 'ict09x'.

2) Click on "Create New Title", enter the paper title as appearing in your final camera-ready paper, and click on "Submit File for Checking or Converting". The uploaded file format can be from any of the formats mentioned here.

3) Click on "Continue". The PDF file conversion should be done within minutes. You will be notified of and sent the converted file via email. If there are any problems, please refer to the provided PDF eXpress support details, and/or request a manual conversion.

4) Be advised that manual conversion can take up to 48 hours. Thus it is sensible to initiate the PDF conversion of your camera-ready paper well in advance of the submission deadline.

Camera-Ready Paper Submission, Author Registration, and Copyright Submission
The PDF file produced/checked by IEEE PDF eXpress must be uploaded to EDAS.

1) Authors must register before March 20th, and use their registration code to submit the final camera-ready version of their paper in EDAS.

2) The electronic copyright form must be submitted by clicking the copyright link in EDAS for your paper.
