Registration Policy for Authors:
1) Authors must register before March 20th, and use their registration code to submit the final camera-ready version of their paper in EDAS. The registration code is given in the PDF confirmation sent by email in acknowledgement of a successful registration.
2) At least one full registration must be attached to each accepted paper. If an author has more than one accepted paper, the same rule applies. For example, if an author has two papers accepted in the conference that he/she wishes to present, the author must register for two papers and pay twice the amount of the full registration fee. Any paper that doesn't have a full registration associated with it will not appear in the proceedings.
3) Presenters must select the appropriate registration category according to their status (IEEE member or non-member) and the number of accepted papers that they will present. If a co-author wishes to attend ICT 2009, the co-author must also register for the conference.
